# A Brief Summary

 

Median Price for Single Family Homes went down slightly in June from May, from $678,000 in May to $645,000 in June. But for Year to date the Median price for single family homes actually increased by 4.03% from $620,000 in 2024 to $645,000 YTD 2025.

 

Year to Date is up for New Listings by 8.83% and is also up for Sold Listings by 15%. Total dollar volume for June 2025 went down compared to May 2025, from $26,118,500 to $22,288,988. In May there were $2,615,000 in Non Residential Sales whereas in June there was only $145,000 in non residential sales. Residential sales for June 2025 were only very slightly lower than for May 2025, from 23,503,500 in June to $22,143,988.

根据该报告显示,2025年6月鲍威尔河Powell River地区售出33套住宅物业,包括29套独立屋(Single House)、2套移动房(Mobile Home)和2套公寓(Condo/Apartment),该数据相比去年同期的26套销量增加27%。

 

6月Powell River的住宅地产销售总额为$2214.39万加元,比去年同期的$1694.28万加元增加30%。不过从成交价格来看,6月的Powell River独立屋成交均价为$71.42万加元,与去年同期的均价$76.55万相比下降6.7%。

 

另一方面,6月份Powell River的新上盘物业数量为74个,包括62套住宅物业,继续维持高位。目前,在盘住宅物业数量达到238套,物业总量达到了惊人的340个,比上月的337个继续增加再创新高,为买家提供了更多选择空间,对于持币待购的朋友们是一大利好。
