Slower sales continue to be mobiles, condos, duplex, and bare land lots, meanwhile IC&C sales were strong with 2 new listings within the month and sold. $14,247,500 value of units sold for 2023 vs $9,571,900 for 2022 yet a comparison of 16 units single family house sold. The September 2023 selling price was a 48.8% increase ($890,469 board wide average) from 2022 ($598,244) yet days on market remain high (112).
